BBC News: Bob Dylan’s Nobel silence ‘impolite and arrogant’

My! Bob Dylan has sure aged! We have all aged since those days of Vietnam War protest, all night vigils, and freeway closures. “The Times They Are a’Changin” still makes me tear up at times.

Music lyrics ARE literature! Getting together and singing all together helped a lot of us get through those times when the US was going through a lot of changes. And like good literature those songs are still worth singing in these latter days of sexual and gender liberation.
